I founded Solid Foundation Psychiatry with one mission in mind: to provide compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized psychiatric care that empowers individuals to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I work with adolescents and adults ages 12 through 90, providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy. I’m a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with 20 years of experience caring for patients across a wide range of clinical settings including cardio thoracic vascular surgical intensive care units, and coronary care units. This extensive background has shaped holistic understanding of health and allows me to approach mental health care with both clinical precision and genuine compassion. I am specialized in treating adults (ages 18 and older) with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorders, sleeping disorders, substance use disorders with a particular focus on treatment resistant depression. I have specialized training in advanced treatment modalities including ketamine infusions, Spravato, and Trans cranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).
