Hello, I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor with a private practice in Utah. I have been in the mental health field for over twenty years. My focus has been treating attachment trauma, adoption issues, complex and dual diagnoses, complex family systems and resulting symptoms and challenges. I am trained in EMDR, DBT and MBSR and am a mindfulness practitioner and teacher.
